Are you unsure between two sizes? Our period underwear runs a little small. So if you are between two sizes, we recommend you take the larger size.

Hip measurement

1. You need a flexible tape measure and tight-fitting clothing
2. Stand upright with your back straight
3. It is best to measure your hip circumference at the widest point of your buttocks

Tip: You will get the most accurate results if you measure yourself in underwear.
