II. Cancellation policy

If you order as a consumer, you may be entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with one of the following instructions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ms. Regina Girgis) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €10. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Special notes

Unless otherwise specified, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return

III. Conclusion of contract

The products and services presented in the online shop do not represent binding offers; rather, they are an invitation to the customer to make a binding offer to the company. By clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button assigned to the article, the customer can select individual articles for purchase. After clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" link, the customer can check the contents of the shopping cart, i.e. the articles he has selected for the order, for input errors and change them, and after clicking on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" he can provide further information about the order.

Before placing the order, all information can be viewed again in an order summary and changed by clicking on "EDIT". By clicking on the button "ORDER WITH PAYMENT" the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract.

Immediately after the order has been sent, the company will send confirmation of receipt of the order by automated email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. The company is entitled to accept the customer's contract offer within five working days by receiving an order confirmation from the customer. Otherwise, the customer is no longer bound to their order.

IV. Retrieval and storage of the contract text

The customer can save or print the data of his order (contract text) after submitting his declaration in the online shop. To do this, the customer clicks on "Print order confirmation now!" at the end of the order. The order can also be tracked in the registered customer's login area under "Orders". [In addition, he can save and print this information and the general terms and conditions by clicking on "Print" or the printer symbol]. We do not save the contract text additionally.

V. Warranty

You are entitled to a statutory liability for defects for the goods you have purchased in accordance with the statutory conditions.

The contract languages ​​are German and English.

VII. Delivery reservation

We reserve the right to deliver an item other than the one purchased if this is reasonable for the customer. This applies, for example, to technical changes or changes in weight that do not affect the functionality of the purchased item, as well as minor changes in shape and color for items where the design is not important.

The conclusion of the contract is also subject to our reservation that we will not perform the service or will only perform it in part if the supplier does not deliver correctly or properly. This does not apply if we are responsible for the lack of delivery. In the event of the service not being available or only being partially available, we will inform the customer immediately; in the event of withdrawal, the consideration will be refunded to the customer immediately.
