Application
1. Clean the area to be applied with warm water
2. Open the packaging and remove the non-stick paper
3. Stick the heat patch vertically from the belly button downwards onto your skin - if it is too warm for you, simply stick it onto your underwear or clothing.
4. The heat patch heats up within 3-5 minutes after application and the heat lasts for 6-8 hours
